These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "Farmer", "Consultant") and MANGOFARMEASY regarding your access to and use of our website, applications, and agricultural advisory services.
By registering an account, booking an advisory package, or browsing this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Permitted Use of the Platform
The website and its features are provided exclusively for lawful agricultural, educational, and farm management purposes. When using the platform, you agree that you will not:
- Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, user accounts, databases, or restricted administrative modules.
- Employ automated scrapers, bots, or extraction scripts to capture platform content, consultancy plans, or crop calendars.
- Submit false, deceptive, or misleading farm details, observation records, or payment information.
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation, security, or performance of the website.
- Redistribute or resell proprietary advisory materials without prior written consent.
Account Registration & Security
To access personalized dashboards and book consultations, users must register an account. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is true, current, and accurate. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (username and password). Any activities occurring under your authenticated account will be deemed your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized account access.
Consultancy Services Scope
MANGOFARMEASY provides mango garden advisory services across domains including soil fertility testing, nutrient recommendations, canopy pruning, integrated pest and disease control, irrigation optimization, harvest guidance, and post-harvest handling. Advisory may be delivered through on-site field visits, digital observation reviews, tele-consultation, or customized farm plan documentation.
Agricultural Information Disclaimer
Agricultural Outcome Disclaimer: Farming outcomes are inherently dependent upon variable, unpredictable natural and environmental factors, including but not limited to local rainfall, microclimate variations, temperature spikes, soil conditions, water availability, existing tree health, input quality, pest outbreaks, and farmer execution.
All recommendations, spray schedules, crop calendars, and pruning guidance provided by MANGOFARMEASY agronomists are offered in good faith based on scientific agricultural knowledge and the information supplied by the farmer. MANGOFARMEASY does not warrant or guarantee specific fruit yields, tonnage, quality grades, or market sale prices. Farmers must exercise prudent judgment and evaluate local conditions before implementing advisory recommendations.
Fees, Pricing & Payments
Fees for consultancy packages (Basic, Pro, Elite), soil tests, and specialized visits are clearly presented on our Pricing page or in booking summaries. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable in advance through authorized payment gateways. Taxes apply as per statutory requirements.
Cancellations & Refunds: Scheduled on-site consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the agronomist's visit without penalty. Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before a scheduled visit may incur a nominal logistics charge. Delivered custom plans and completed soil testing laboratory services are non-refundable once reports are issued.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
The MANGOFARMEASY brand, trademarks, logo, platform software, design layouts, proprietary agronomy algorithms, crop calculators, and instructional articles are the exclusive intellectual property of MANGOFARMEASY.
User-Submitted Content: Farmers retain ownership of their farm photographs, tree observations, and farm profile data. By uploading content to the platform, you grant MANGOFARMEASY a non-exclusive license to use, store, and analyze such data solely for the purpose of delivering agricultural consultancy and improving platform services.
Service Availability & Limitation of Liability
We strive to ensure continuous platform availability, but access may occasionally be interrupted for system maintenance, server updates, or circumstances beyond our control. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MANGOFARMEASY and its agronomists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform or advisory recommendations.
Account Suspension & Termination
MANGOFARMEASY reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent transactions, or compromise the security and integrity of the platform, with or without prior notice.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
